Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger and FF cottage cheese and peaches Dinner: Mexican Brown rice and beans and broiled garlic chicken thighs Snack: Probably some sort of smoothie or a Natural Ovens muffin (points) and a cup of tea with skim and equal |
tournament day
b--1/2 diet bread/spreadable fruit 1 pt s--at the tournament 3 pt granola bar l--at the tournament shrimp/salad 13 pts s--on the way home from tournament--dairy queen fudge bar 1 pt d--salami/ff cheese/diet bread/lettuce/tomatoes/pickles/onions 4 pts s--banana |
