Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: LO roast turkey on pumpernickel bagel (points) with FF miracle whip
Dinner: 3 ounce dry roast pork, mashed potatoes (points), stuffing (points); salad with FF french dressing
Snack: Natural Ovens high fiber muffin (points) and cup of tea
