Well, would you believe that I made it 6 weeks on plan, and have went off for 5 days and my clothes are already tight and I feel like crap! When will I learn?!? After trying almost every diet under the sun, I will definitely say that core works best for me, and I really don't feel deprived, except for the chocolate cravings. I've proven myself over and over again though that I'm not one of those people who can eat chocolate or other "junk" in moderation. I'm going to binge. I don't know why, but it happens every time. Well, I've got a night out with the girls tomorrow and might have a couple of glasses of wine, so I guess I'll start fresh on core Sunday. I'm looking forward to it too. I'm sick of being bloated and feeling bad about myself.
