Default Simply Sunday Menu, April 16, 2006

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, equal, skim, and a banana

Lunch: LO Cornmeal chicken

Dinner: Roast Turkey, Core Mashed potatoes, small serving cornbread stuffing (points), corn with ICBINB light

Snack: Popcorn?

b--diet toast/spreadable fruit
l--core chili and 3 pts saltines
s--jello parfait
s--100 cal snack/cheese
d--turkey breast, cranberries, diet bread/blackberries, 1 south beach oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (that took willpower)

that's it for today. tomorrow is a new day.

Lunch: grilled tuna steaks, asparagus, corn, sweet potatoes, salad with lettuce, avocado, cucumber and tomatoes, and a pear
