Lunch: South Beach Diet cheese frozen pizza; FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit pineapple cup Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, cheese (points), salsa, hot sauce, pinto beans, and guacamole); brown rice made with chicken broth at home. |
