Lunch: possibly soup and salad from food court? (vegetable soup and small chicken caesar - no bacon/croutons, dressing on the side).
Snack: fresh sliced strawberries and vanilla yogurt
Dinner:? okay here's a problem waiting to happen? I think dh got some halibut yesterday (he did the groceries) but probably frozen - may have time to defrost before dinner (with some microwave assistance?), baked potato, steamed brocolli.
