Stick to it Sunday menu, 4/9/06

Okay, I'm eating today if it kills me! Hungry or not, here I come!

Breakfast: slept thru

Lunch: cottage cheese

Dinner: grilled fish fillet, steamed broccoli, salad

I have talked to a few people and am taking their advice for an eating plan while I'm unable to get around. They all suggested eating mostly lean protein and vegetables ... said to stay away from carbs as they will turn to sugar (and then fat) more quickly than the protein, which should help to preserve my muscle. Until I'm at least able to walk around, I will do this to keep from gaining.

Sounds like a well reasoned plan, Kathy!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal, and a banana

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with soy cheese blend (parm, mozarella, and romano)

Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

Dinner: Roast chicken, Core mashed potatoes and corn
