Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran with skim, equal, and a banana

Lunch: Rotisserie pork roast, FF cottage cheese and peaches

Dinner: ?

Do you lose weight every week? How do you stop getting frustrated when you know you did everything correct...

That's a very good question. I don't think any of the regular Core members loses every week; some weeks there are gains and usually it's a "stayed the same". I guess the only way to keep from getting frustrated is to hang in there and know that eventually, the weight will come off. It's a slow (and sometimes painful) process.

s--popcorn--i ate the whole bag but i counted 5 pts.
d--1 flour tortilla, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, bell pepper/onions/habernaro (hot!!!) pepper, black berries
s--2 oranges

janet, i've been "loosely" doing ww the past several months. even so, i've stayed within the same 10 lbs (ups and downs). i rejoined ww friday and am rededicating myself to weightloss and eating healthily. hopefully, the scales will start moving the right direction. good success to you. one tip--watch portions. even if you're eating completely core, you still need to take in fewer calories than are going out.
