Weekly Goals 4/2 - 4/8

  • Anyone can join in at any time! What are your goals for this week?

    I haven't done too well lately so here's some very simple ones for me:
    *Exercise at least 2 times, 30 minutes each
    *Stay away from desserts and non-diet sodas at work
  • I'm going to try not to drink real coke this week.
  • Goals:

    Pack at least 2 healthy snacks for work each day - and make better choices for lunch if I am not bringing mine from home!
