Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and banana
Lunch: Dr. Praegger's California burger with Trader Joe's core guacamole
Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: Field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette, NY strip steak, ww pasta with marinara, and fresh green beans. .
Snack: Not sure. It depends on how much I eat at dinner time.
