I'm new to Core (not new to WW) and had a couple of questions. I've been so busy with homework and 3 jobs that I may have just overlooked it in my Week 1 book, but are soybeans a core food? You know, the frozen kind? How about soy nuts? And sesame oil? Is sesame oil a core food? Sesame seeds?
I have much to learn, so I may be back to ask more questions from those in the know.
