Fun Friday Menu, March 31, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and a banana

    Lunch: Carned asada (no oil) with grilled veggies; 10 taco chips (3 points) and salsa

    Dinner: No clue
  • b: none, too worked up and nervous
    l: salad with turkey and saltines (4 pts)
    s: apple (1 pt), cookies (2 pts)
    d: thin crust veggie pizza (going out with ILs so trying to eat little until then!)
  • Breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and blueberries
    lunch: Dr. Praeger's Burger and carrots and celery sticks
    dinner: flank steak, salad w/oil and vinegar/ oven roasted potatoes, some veggie--
    snack: apples, oatmeal bake, popcorn if I need it.
