  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and a banana cooked in

    Lunch: Morningstar farms griller veggie burger with slice of FF cheese, ketchup and a garlic dill pickle.

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit naturals pineapple cup

    Dinner: Texas Roadhouse - Grilled Pork Chop (no butter), Baked potato with FF sour cream, Steamed cauliflower (no butter but ICBINB light for points)

    Snack: Probably just hot tea with skim and equal
  • b: south beach ww crackers (2 pts) and tomato juice (.5 pt)
    l: garlic butter veggies (6 pts) salad (1 pt)
    s: cookies (2 pts)
    d: chick-fil-a nuggets and fries with honey mustard (13 pts)
    s: celebratory ice cream cone
  • I'd like to have a baked potato for lunch and maybe a salad for dinner. Not sure what I'll end up with though.
  • breakie: apple and grapes
    lunch: ff plain yogurt and banana and mango
    taco salad without the taco
    supper: probably more taco salad minus the taco

    although i forgot to buy low fat cheese so i'm counting the points on the cheese.
