Snack: FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit naturals pineapple cup
Dinner: Texas Roadhouse - Grilled Pork Chop (no butter), Baked potato with FF sour cream, Steamed cauliflower (no butter but ICBINB light for points)
Snack: Probably just hot tea with skim and equal
