"Floreing" (although this is not a very core menu...I'm just trying to keep myself together!!) b: sf bar (3 pts) l: lean cuisine pizza (6 pts) and salad (1 pt) s: kiwi (1 pt?), ice cream cup (2 pts) d: buffalo chicken salad?? not sure s: popcorn (2 pts), edy's fruit bar (1 pt) 16 pts minus dinner |
Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal, and banana
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with mushrooms, avocado, and salsa; side of fruit Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, pinto beans, tomato salsa, lettuce, hot sauce, cheese for 3 points, and guacamole). Added brown rice made with chicken broth at home. Snack: SF/FF banana pudding with fresh strawberries and FF cool whip |

breakie: farmers breakfast (recipe from here--YUMMY)
lunch: leftover wild rice with chicken and mushrooms supper: grilled chicken breast with HP sauce, oven grilled vegetables, oven grilled sweet potato fries snack: smart pop popcorm 2 cups clamato juice (2 points) i forgot to have dairy products. i've got to get back into that habit. |
