Hey Chicks! No more sickness for me today but I do have my normal abdominal discomfort back. I'm food and discomfort journaling to bring with me to the Internist on Thursday. Maybe between the two of us we can figure something out. Otherwise, it may be back to the Gastro guy for me. I have a couple of things on my short list; flax, vitamins, splenda. Maybe I'm just getting old.
Anywhoo.....you all sound pretty perky this evening. I'm ready to go lay on the couch.
