b: shredded wheat & bran, strawberries, milk
s: pear
l: big salad w/boiled egg, watermelon, milk
s: banana
d: Mexican rice w/black beans, corn muffin (pts), milk

s: popcorn?

S: broccoli and carrots w/ Light Ranch, grapes, cheese and crackers (4 pts)
D: Cola Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn

Lunch: Not sure

Dinner: Not sure

Snack: Probably popcorn

Breakfast: banana
Snack: Lt. string cheese and HB egg
Lunch: (Olive Garden was full) Spinach salad with feta and balsamic vinegar dressing, 3 grilled shrimp -- NO bread although it looked good
Snack: carrots and dip, SF jello
Dinner: (at Rangers game) frozen grapes, triscuits and swiss cheese (pts)

l--pinto beans, slow-cooked chicken breast, corn, 2 core-n pones (got my fat in here), blue bunny raspberry/vanilla bar (1 pt)
d--hamburger patty, ww pasta salad, pinto beans
s--cherries, peach(es)

Lunch - Ham Salad in 1/2 pita (1pt), sf/ff chocolate pudding w/fruit & FF cool whip
Supper - Corned Beef, Potatoes, cabbage & carrots
Dessert - LO pudding
