Good for you Marie - I think you are right to get that exercising over with as early as possible.
As for the cream - I cannot stand coffee w/skim milk - UGH! I use light cream (5%) which is about 1 pt I think for 2 tbsp ..and it's the "real thing". I have about 2 large cups of decaf each morning and count these using my 35 weekly points...
And our leader this week also mentioned that people drinking green tea do tend to lose weight - I try to drink some in the afternoons at work.
