Menu for Wednesday, March 2
I'll start! And first, let me say ... no coke. I don't have any and I'm trapped at home babysitting Zuki for the day. One DD is about to leave for class and the other sleeping until the very last minute or I'd send one of them to the store!
B: Whole English Muffin with FF strawberry cream cheese (pts), banana, skim milk -- turns out I need the whole muffin to get enough calories in
Sn: Deviled egg made with FF miracle whip
L: Tomato soup, 5 crackers and light LC wedge (pts), SF/FF cheesecake pudding with strawberries
D: Salad with lettuce, tomato, and Kraft Free 1000 Island, small baked potato (+oil) with FF cheese and FF sour cream, milk
And at least 5 bottles of water today.

Take the being trapped as a sign! I didn't eat hardly anything that I planned yesterday. Today will be better.
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce
Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea Soup
Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie
Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with tomato and mushrooms and homemade Thousand Island, broccoli, cola chicken and baked potato with FF sour cream.
Snack: Don't know but it will at least be SF/FF pudding

Kathy, hopefully taking care of Zuki will help you get through your Coca-Cola withdrawals! The first day will be the hardest (says the former smoker! )
B: 1 egg + 1/4 cup egg beaters and microwave bacon (points)
S: SF/FF yogurt w/lemon jello powder
L: McD's roasted chicken salad
S: Applesauce
D: Green salad and don't know what else!

Breakfast update ... I burned the first muffin so I'm back to toasting the half that was left over from the other night. I'll have to rummage around later to find something to add. How can I eat that much food (above) and it's only 1070 calories?

I have weigh-in tonight, so I'm eating light today...
b: shredded wheat w/Splenda & skim milk
s: fruit
l: leftover egg & potato casserole w/ketchup, milk
d: ?? whatever I can scrounge after weigh-in
Am still sick, and wondering, how much snot can one person produce?? It's simply staggering. Anyway, I'm keeping up with the water, but it's hard!

B - oatmeal and skm mlk with raisins and p. butter (pts)
L - sardines and onion with egg on toast (pts.) and fruit
S - smoothie
D - beef soup and pudding
S - some kind of fruit if I want
lots of water and a 45 minute walk. Other veggies if I get hungry. Now, here is the deal - I am trying to stay out of the kitchen more and getting my head out of the food. I only want to eat when i am hungry and as I am not good at this, it seems to take hours before I am hungry. Lets see how it goes.

Kathy, add some protein to your dinner and you'll raise your points real quickly. I would never consider not having protein and dinner which is probably why I weigh what I do!

Kally, here's the recipe. It was actually buried in our Core Recipe thread not in our cool Recipe Forum. I was eating this before WW came out with the corrections to Core. Now they say chili sauce is not Core. I'm ignoring them because it is too damned hard to find FF dressing to eat that is good. It isn't a trigger for me and I only use it once in a while. Since it's fresh you have to consume it within a couple of days to about a week. Hubby and I both love it, so it's not a problem.
I hope you all like this recipe. I converted an old family recipe to make it Core.
Mom's Thousand Island Salad Dressing
1 Cup FF Mayo
1/4 cup Heinz chili sauce
2 Hard Boiled eggs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Mash eggs and stir together!

Well I finally decided I better eat something - and just took my pain pill - hopefully have enuf food in my stomach to avoid any problems!
Brunch? (11 am)
big omelette: 2 eggs w/milk, 3 slices back bacon and 1 slice shallot, w/soy cheddar cheese
decaf w/splenda and whitener
Waiting to see if I need more food - but this is so depressing - scale up again and of course I know I am not eating well nor am I exercising, I am barely moving at all. Well at least when I get to the scale on Saturday I will certainly know why it is up!
Later: some fruit and yogurt
Dinner: If I feel up to it will try and put a roast in the oven around 3 pm to be ready for dinner? have some brocolli and green beans in fridge and sweet potatoes - and hopefully I will get some help in the kitchen.
Trying to drink water but not doing a good job at all!

Frouf, check out your pills. Many of them have to be eaten with food AND taken with a full glass of water.

Okay, I am making Chicken Something for the family, so will snag a little bit of it and grill it for my salad. Maybe that'll help a lot.
I''m also going to have the whole can of soup for lunch instead of a cup.
