Back at Goal!!! Yay Core

I am so thrilled with Core. I was over goal and had only lost about 5 on flex since April/May. I started Core in August and lost 9 pounds in the last 6 weeks AND am back at goal. YAY. I love Core.

I still have a personal goal of about 8 more pounds but I think I can do it.

I have no clue how I gained back 14 pounds. LOL. I am 5 foot 10 so I was even still wearing the same size (although growing out of them which is why I finally had a reality check). Something about being taller tricks me into not thinking I have gained when I have. KWIM? So, I learned a valuable lesson and this time I WILL stay below goal.

Weigh to go! I think I'll get great results with Core too , but it's so fab to actually hear that you lost so well and are back at goal. That is the best news. Good for you for doing so well.
