S: carrots and ff onion dip
L: 1 cup whole wheat pasta with leftover marinara, salad
S: apple
D: chicken fajitas, La Tortilla (will walk for bread. ), pinto beans, salad

S: non-fat sugar-free vanilla latte from Starbucks (don't think I need to count any points for this)
L: salad - lettuce topped w/ leftover baked chicken, tomatos, red pepper, avacado, hard boiled egg, a few salad crunchies (0 pts. if used sparingly), and low-fat salad dressing (3 pts. for dressing)
D: (planned) cornmeal crusted baked chicken, rosemary potatos, grean beans
actual: grilled pork chops, brown rice, pineapple, and green beans

L: Barley, chicken and mixed veggies. Applesauce. FF Jalapeno Jack cheese slices
D: WW pasta, spaghetti sauce, FF mozeralla, zuchini and yellow squash. Grapes. FF milk- yes I am going to actually drink it straight. I do not like milk all that much!
D: ?? I may get a scooo of orange sherbert.
