Default Whole Wheat Tortillas

Not sure if you all have found these in your grocery store or not but I was shopping today and found low carb low fat wrap whole wheat tortillas. I compared them to the reg. WW tortillas and they were condiderably better as far as calories, fat etc. Here are the stats on them per tortilla

60 cal.
8 carbs
5 fiber
6 protein

I though this was pretty good! I entered them into my points calculator and they were only .57 points! Anyway just thought I would share. There was a good recipe Kelly S posted earlier about turkey, bacon bits, lettuce tomato etc and it would go perfect in one of these tortillas!! Just thought I would share!!

What brand did you find? I bought Mission whole wheat 96% fat free and they were whopping 3 pts., more than the flour tortilla that was twice its size!
140 calories
2.5 fat
26g carb (sugar 3g)
2 fiber

Oh sorry they were Don Pancho I meant to say that in my last post. Their good size too, not the HUGE ones but not tiny by any means.

Thanks. I haven't seen that brand here. I notice you are from Oregon so must be an regional thing. I will search the larger chains first chance I get. I would really like to have a tortilla that is lower in points that is more in keeping with the CORE concept.

Fifty, Arizona Brand's Low Carb ones are only 1 point a piece and not that bad (a little thick for those of us who like traditional tortillas - which should be very thin) and Mission also has Low Carb ones that are only 1 point a piece. Both are high fiber but not whole wheat.

I have some low carb ones here too that are very low in pts, the big burrito size are only 1 pt each and I love them!

Ya I just checked the website and they are based out of Salem OR so I guess they are probably a regional thing. However if we're doing it in Oregon sililiar ones have to be around somewhere! LOL Oregon is the last to do everything! Sorry about that guys, wouldn't have posted it if I would have know it was an Oregon thing. You see things in the store and assume they are everywhere! Hope you can find one soon!
