B-3 pieces turkey bacon (is this CORE? I just now thought about looking and didn't see it but it is turkey and I don't have it that often, maybe I will have to count it, darn!)

L- leftover BBQ chicken, big green salad with spinach leaves, red pepper, avocado, tomato, ff cheese and Light dressing (2 points, I'll try ff again but really don't like it )

D- lemon pinapple chicken, baked potato, another big salad

S-probably a sugar free fudgcicle or 94% ff popcorn

B: none -- got to work late and we were having a lunch, so I waited
L: grilled chicken strips, vegetables, some guac, and milk
S: 94%ff popcorn, milk
D: cereal, milk, banana
S: SF/FF butterscotch pudding

B - was cleaning (major cleaning) the house so I had 4 8-ounce glasses of water
L - Lowcalorie English Muffin w/1 tbsp Apple Jelly (1.5 points)
S - 1 cup grapes
S - 2 cups salad w/1 tbsp + 1 tsp Light Onion Dressing, 7 gms of Croutons, 7 gms of Bacon Bits (2 points)
D - 194 gms Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast w/Teriyaki sauce; Green beans, Baked Potato w/F/F Sour Cream

oatmeal mush with milk and muscavado sugar - 1 pt
southwest salad with cheese (2 pts), lettuce, chicken breast, black beans, jalepenos, tomatoes, corn and ranch/chipolte dressing (1 T) - 2 pts
dinner: no idea -- probably have to cook up those chanterelles , cabbage, canadian bacon

snacks:
carrots
peaches
baked apple

water -- probably not enough
exercise: elliptical --30 mins, not enough, but not enough time this am !

Breakfast - 1 egg plus 1/4 Egg Beaters omelet w/olives & 1 slice FF cheese
Snack - FF cottage cheese
Lunch - 1 tortilla (2 pts) w/turkey, FF cheese, tomato, mustard
Snack - 8 oz FF, SF plain yogurt w/SF FF pudding powder
Dinner - WW pasta, lean burger patty w/onions, brussel sprouts

my dinner changed on me, SIL showed up so I made Grilled lemon pepper pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans, oh and devilled eggs for dinner. YUM!
