Monday's Menus
My first day on CORE:
Breakfast: shredded wheat w/ff milk, sliced banana
Snack: frozen grapes (yummy, like a popsicle)
Lunch: Core Soup with Turkey Burger
Snack: Baby carrots dipped in ff ranch dressing
Dinner: Roast Beef with baked potato w/ff sour cream and corn with
I can't believe it's not butter spray
Snack: A White Peach
Not too bad for my first day of my "new way of life". As long as I get my cereal in the morning, I don't care what I have to eat the rest of the day!
