B - forgot to grab my breakfast on the way out the door so I am having a 94% f/f popcron
L - doctor is buy so we will probably have subs
D - chicken, green beans, mashed pototates
S - fruit of some sort...it is grocery shopping night so not sure.

I have been sick for a couple days and not eating much but today am starving so will probalby make up for it. I just finished lunch and am still hungry which doesn't usually happen.

B: one egg, 2 slices canadian bacon, latte
L: salad with olive oil/balsamic, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 egg, olives
homemade turkey noodle soup with whole wheat noodles
S: fruit/cottage cheese
D: smothered chicken and barley
salad with FF dressing
S: pudding or fruit

Ack, back from France.

breakfast: oatmeal -- 2 packets -3 pts
lunch: no idea, probably salad from cafeteria
dinner: some sort of thing with ground turkey breast and veggies

exercise: 45 min hilly walk at 3.8 mph/lawn mowing
water: oh, probably

ok I decided on the beef stroganoff.. (mmmm... it was tasty!) so I wanted to update. Don't think I'll have an evening snack but if I do it will be popcorn.

Spryng - Stroganoff sounds really good! Did you use whole wheat pasta or brown rice?

B- Banana Smoothie
L- Seared Scallops on Wild Greens with Champagne vinagrette (on the side). This was really great -the giant scallops were placed on the end of pieces of endive that were filled with roasted red pepper puree.
D - Stuffed Red Pepper
Dessert - Grilled White Peaches
No desire for snacks today!
