I noticed on my pointspad when I reset my Alternative Points (gotta remember to use that name instead of flex) there was a statement about increasing or decreasing your AP if you are in maintenance. That leads me to think that maintenance on Core could consist of adding AP points in the way of full fat foods until you settle in at the right weight for you. Much like winning points was where you added pts. each week until you stopped losing. I think that is something I can live with.

Yes, once you hit goal you get to add 28 weekly pts to your already 35! I'm so excited about that!! That will make Core super easy to do.
