Default New to boards! Started "CORE" today
I am so hapy to have found this website and hopefully some new weight loss friends! I have been on Atkins inductions (strict) for 14 weeks and am happy to report that I am 30# less now. I am tired of the restrictions and to be honest, I NEED fruit! I started the WW core plan today and look forward to losing my last 30# with all of you.

Welcome LIVVI! We have a Core Support Thread on this board. Come join us and we will help each other learn the program. We even have a leader who posts. Together we can do this. I have a goal of 20 lbs. and once I get there, who knows!!

Welcome Livvi! I too went from atkins to ww... that was almost a year ago. I'll never leave ww, I just love it so much and now with this new core plan it is even better! So I hope you enjoy your stay here and lose much weight!
