wow - it's also been a VERY LONG while since I have been here - and today I was online looking for some 'support' and found this!
I used to do the WW core program but that was many years ago - I am wondering what the 'simply filling' program is and where I can find out more about it? (no I don't want to join WW again).
I have had some major health issues these past few years (arthritic hips, broke my shoulder last november, and now having left knee problems) so my exercising is quite limited.
I do try to walk but can't go fast or too long of a distance - but I will keep moving while I still can LOL.
My motivation is another cruise I am going on - leaving November 1st - EXACTLY 5 months from today so I have decided to try and get 20 lbs off by then (e.g. 4 lbs/month) - this will not make me slim by any means but will make me feel and look better and I hope to fit back into some of my favorite cruise clothes
