The nutritionist mostly asked me lots of questions and had me fill out a lot of forms, as well as taking measures of just about every part of me. I gave her four days of a food log and my exercise program details. I'll see her again on Wednesday for her analysis.

She says that my finger joints look as though I'm developing rheumatism (I believe that) and that my finger nails make her think I might not be getting enough B12.

I do, by the way, have alopecia. This sometimes involves the thyroid but it was normal. My sister had it, and the doctor says it will probably be self-limiting and reverse itself. They gave me some cream to put on my scalp. We shall see.

Rhonda, your work is paying off. I'm glad you are getting help with your health issues. That's important.

We're dressed, ready for church. Other than that it's to be a low key day. I need to prune a rosebush that's encroaching one of the hummingbird feeders. Does that sound like a busy day?

Hi Ladies

Had a late start again so didn't have the time to post this morning. The woman form D unit came home an put my A/C's in but now the bed Ac is in the living-room and visa versa.Luckily that fit both windows. Looks like is going to rain in a minute or two,but we were lucky to have Fri & Sat that were good.

Going to relax this afternoon & evening.Still didn't have my mini meeting about the paints color sand shutters, but the people in B &D unit are not a home,so I guess the lady in C and I will make the decision and hope is fine with the others.

The plumber come to unclogged the kitchen sink.I was so happy that I could afford to to have the kitchen sink unplugged especially on a holiday weekend. He cost me $100 usually that the amount just to walk into the house.

RHONDA-Yikes!!! TG we don't get the high 90's up here, but the humidity is what the killer up here.

SANDRA-Yes my friend that walks her dog along the beach at night say it cools down a bit when the sea breezes come in off the ocean. I don't go down there in the evening. She lives near the water I don't.

I finally bought myself a treat for Memorial Weekend from Dunkin Donuts gift card my nephew got me for Christmas. Frozen Choc Latte and Jelly Donut. So I'm signing off, have a great day.

Maryann, we often have very high humidity where I am but it's only about 59% right now, with a temperature in the mid- 90's. It's very windy too. But, not windy enough to blow the blankety-blank mosquitos away

Rhonda, get some martin houses. Martins feed off mosquitoes. We have several flitting about here thanks to houses at a neighbors. (Curtis is talking about putting one up out near the pond.) However, we still have skeeters.

Maryann, Rhonda's right about the heat and wind. It's been really hard for me to train for the next archery event. Life goes on.

Ems, one to go?
