Flat Out Breat

Does anybody know if the 100% ground wholewheat Light original flat out bread is considered a simply feeling food? Still trying to master this plan. Thanks for your help!

Cheryl, according to my handout sheet it says...........

*Breads
-Light English Muffin
-Light hot dog and hamburger buns
-Reduced-calorie (light) breads
(whole grains make the best choices)

so, I would think Yes, it should be simply filling. Ask your leader to be sure.

I agree with Pam -- its light and should be SF. I did find on one of the message boards that the on line system doesn't have this as SF but it should siince it meets the criteria. I've been using it as a light bread. HTH

Just looked up Flat Out Bread in the P+ COMPLETE FOOD COMPANION.

FLAT OUT
LIGHT ITALIAN HERB
LIGHT ORIGINAL
LIGHT SUNDRIED TOMATO

have the little green triangle and are POWER FOODS.
