Default SF Menu Ideas

Done WW on and off for many years. Not happy with PointsPlus. But seems it uses high fiber, high protein filling choices so I am thinking about doing the old CORE or Simply Filling. I have my old books and the food lists.

For those of you doing the SF/CORe, could you post a sample menu of what you are eating? I know limit potato, rice, pasta, bread. Guess what I am wondering is what you do for snacks? Cheese?Yogurt?
Also are you doing 3 big meals or 4-6 smaller meals?
I want to get started and I think I have finally figured out I need more protein and less carbs. Thanks for any helpful menu suggestions.

Gilligan, when I was doing CORE, I ate 3 meals a day and tried to limit my snacks to fruit. That's basically what I'm doing now even though I'm doing P+. CORE meals are very satisfying and keep you full. Guess that's why they became "Simply Filling".

Check out some of the recipes above and see what you'd like on your menu.
