About my weight. I had worked weeks to get to 142 and then my weight jumped back to 145 almost over night. It is very frustrating.
Honestly I am right back to where I was before the challenge. I have been
eating 1- 300 calorie meal plus 2 shakes all week except Mexican tonight.
I will just keep at it and see what happens this week and try to start
exercising more.

Nancy, we probably need to get together to compare husband/knee pain stories. Is yours grouchy? Mine is handling the pain most of the time, but he's having spurts of grumpiness poking through.
We're up and readying to go to church. Afterwards we'll go out to lunch with friends then come home to train. A gf is coming to train with me.
I hope all of you are having the Sunday you want and need. I'll be back later.

Mornin' chicks, we are going to tackle some projects today. We had grilled tenderloin and low fat salad for dinner with my sis and fam. We also had margaritas. I know I sound like an alcoholic, but we do our partying in the summer and give it a rest after school starts. That said, I'm not going to weigh until tomorrow mornin', but I've been "op lite" for the last few days, so I'm not sure how the scale is going to be.
GTG get busy. I hope you all are headed for a great day!

"OP lite"???? Love it
Sandra, no, I didn't find any peach wine, but I've got some peach liquor!
Nancy, I'm having the same issues. I lost 2 1/2 pounds. We went out for dinner, which was salty, and 3 pounds came on. At one point the scales said I went from 176 to 180 over 3 days. I don't believe it. It's water, period. I'm glad to hear that you had a good family visit.

Sloan, "OP Lite?" I love it!! Wish I had a margarita, too. In fact, we were talking about them at Sunday School this morning.
Rhonda, wish I had some peach liquor, too. Can ya'll tell I'm sort of thirsty?
I am OP and am having a WW TV dinner tonight before going out to train.

Hey chickies, I have worked on several projects today, but they are multi-step projects, so none of them are finished, yet. I have been working on lamps, candlesticks, and finials. DH, DS, and I also went and bought a new tv. Our flat screen tv blew up a few weeks ago, so we had to go shopping. Of course, my budget and DH's budget were different, and you know who's budget won out; the tv is huge!
I have no idea what we will be having for supper, but it's really late, and I'm starving. GTG find something to eat!

I am leaving in the morning with my son and grandson to spend 4 days at the beach.
We found a place to stay right on the inlet and they have 2 kayaks there we can use ( we are taking one.)
We are hoping to enjoy some fishing also.
Robin is going to try to join us on Tuesday.
I don't think it is the restful beach trip I was imagining but it will be fun!!
Everyone take care , I'll be back Friday !!

Nancy, have a good time. Sounds like a lot of good fun and exercise.
Sloan, did DH win? Or did you?
Would you believe Melinda and I stayed outside shooting till 10 pm? We have a light that shines on one of the targets, so we can see to shoot in the dark.
Curtis and I just had a peach/banana shake. Life is good.

If you and DH are like us then DH would win about a TV set.
Sandra..I could right a book on dodging the moods & grumpiness.
But for all the pain he has done really well at trying to be his sweet self.
