Limitations to "Eat as much of Simply Filling as you want"?
I read the Basics of the Core/Simply Filling plan and I remember there being more than that one caveat (only being able to eat brown rice/ww pasta/grains for one meal a day). Can anyone refresh my memory on what other caveats there are, for the Simply Filling foods? I understand that you have to track for whatever non-Core/Simply Filling that you eat as your extra 35. Thank you!
