Question Simplyfilling salmon

This simple thing isn't so simple to my diet weary head and I apologize if this is a repeat question.

Why can I have 6 oz of salmon for 9 points, or "until I feel satisfed" for 5? DUH!!!! My WWs leader was clueless. Opinions?

I don't know the answer to the specific question, but salmon is good for you and how it is prepared is critical. If it is simply grilled without much oil, eat all of it and enjoy. If it is highly seasoned, prepared in a restaurant, eat less because it will likely be full of salt. Always err on the side of caution and count the larger points of 9, or split the difference at 7.

I don't know about an approach that says until you're satisfied with points attached.
