Thinking of switching to simply filling/core for my last 10+ pounds
Hello, my name is Tammy and I am at a hard spot in my WL Journey. I am not attending WW meetings right now, but I have in the past. My former WW leader stands next to me in exercise class, but I don't feel right picking her brain for free..... so I am here.
I am struggling with losing control of my points on the weekend. I am constantly thinking of food...... so I was wondering if anyone has counted points and then switched over to simply filling and had a good success.... both on the scales and with not having to think about food 24/7.
I would appreciate any input......
