Default fast food shakes

Could you really have them at one time on the core diet or was I dreaming?
Thanks

As far as I remember, you were dreaming! LOL! I would say that 99% of them aren't made with skim milk, so I can't imagine what would have been Core. WW has a shake that you can make yourself, or making one in the blender with ice, skim milk, and fruit works to. It's also a good way to sneak in some healthy oil by putting it in the blender too, but you have to drink the shake right away.

Hope this helps!

You are really dreaming big. Since ice cream isn't core, how could a fast food shake be?

You could make a Wendy's Frosty "like" shake. Check out the recipe on our site here.
