I think maybe Texas Loser meant Core users may eat more natural foods than prepackaged foods. So true!

To the original poster - first of all, a belated to 3FC! Hopefully by now, you're finding your way around, and have decided to follow whichever plan works for you. If you haven't already done so, please hop around this forum a bit and join in the many areas that are encouraging and friendly. Be sure and look over the recipe section where you can find salad dressing recipes. If I can help you, let me know.

Core or SF is exactly nthe same. It doesn't have points and the foods haven't changed at all.
Core is just a name. Call it the X diet , it'smstill the Core Program. Compare nthe books, no difference but WW hadn to sweep everything under the Momentum name.
