that sounds right- but even on core i dont count not even wpa's. hope it works for you. btw- dunno if it you that said it but the real core board is aweful!

andrea, they are very mean-spirited. There is so much anger there.

I don't know how WW allows it to go on and on.

3 fat chicks is so much friendlier. I love this board. We can talk about things and have differences of opinion, without being hateful. And I thank you for your input.

It's just natural to want to speculate when you've been a WWer for years.

i may have to order the kit just to get a look @it and then return it(allowed) cuz i just found out my group is shuttin dn just before it unveils ansd im reallly picky about my groups

oops hey 2009 i somehow missed your last post sorry bout that. i dunno how ww allows it either. ive been gettin major carp from those ppl lately cuz they hate me cuz they think i live to make trouble what they dont realize is i fight fire with fire with them so if they start with me i push back or at least as of yest. i used too. i decided i am done with them.

If you go to Amazon and do a search for Weight Watchers Momentum you will find a new cookbook that's due to be released December 22nd It doesn't tell you much, but you can see the table of contents.

Thanks, suitejudyblueeyes. I wasn't sure it would be OK to post a link, so I'm glad you did. The points still look like points (you can actually see a few recipes) so it won't be a HUGE change. For points people, anyway.
