B: oatmeal, soy milk, banana
L: leftover rice and crockpot chicken (cooked in peach chutney - 2 pts)
S: hardboiled egg, homemade hummus, raw zucchini
D: stir-fry with pork, baby corn, kale, red bell pepper, over quinoa

=2 FP
FP forward from weekend: 15
=17 FP so far this week

L: Tomato soup and salad with dressing (1 pt for the dressing)

D: lo chicken on salad greens

well my plan for yesterday didn't hold through dinnertime... a lot of the food I ended up eating wasn't core today is a new day.

B: oatmeal w/soy milk
S: apple, hardboiled egg
L: butternut squash soup, corn & edamame salad
S: hummus & carrots
D: wonton soup, crispy chicken (not core!)

Ok, let's see if I can actually stick to my plan today.

B: egg on an english muffin (1)
S: plain yogurt
L: butternut squash soup (1), corn & edamame salad
S: carrots & hummus
D: stir fry with red bell pepper, kale, baby corn, & pork over quinoa

Wednesday

B: business breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast (3pts for the bacon and toast)

L: business lunch: chicken, salad, roast vegetables, and OK, I ate a brownie for desert (2pts)

D: homemade veggie soup and ff sf pudding

too many points today, but I had two business meals and I could have done Soooooo much worse!!

B: the usual cereal, milk and fruit

L: yogurt and apple (should have had more, might not have given in to )

D: crock pot beef, collard greens

Snack: apple; yogurt, cookies (2 points, at least!); 1/2 glass of wine (1 pt)

didn't drink enough fluids today
