183.8 pounds lost w/Core

Tony, I just read your blog and it made me cry. I've 150 pounds to lose. I think I want to lose it but I let everything get in my way. I'm going to go back when I have time and read all the old posts.
You should stay here and post with us. We never give up and there is no negativity here at all. We are all Corebies but never make people leave when they try something else....including Flex. Some also do what we call Flore when they hit a plateau. Eating Core foods but weighing and measuring to double check their portions sizes.
I'm mainly in lurker mode right now since I'm having some health issues and hanging on by my finger tips.

That is AWESOME Tony! I love your screen name too! I read an older blog of yours, where the WW person pretty much screams at you for starving yourself, and I have to say that is the rudest thing I have ever read. I'm mean come on, should you even be allowed to be in WW still if you say that to someone else! I have to say JEALOUSY struck this person Deep!
