I couldn't figure out on Weight Watchers' website where I could enter my food now that I've switched to Core - it seems to have taken away the planning area I used to use for Flex! Then again, it looked like they were doing some site updates, so I hope it's just temporary. So here's the best I can do, being new, by myself:
Monday:
Breakfast - oatmeal cooked with water and soymilk, banana, coffee
Lunch - butternut squash soup (1 for coconut milk in it); apple; salad w/oil and vinegar
Snack - fig newtons (3 points)
Dinner - chicken, corn on the cob w/margarine (1 pt), brussels sprouts
=5 pts used today
=20 pts used this week (used a lot over the weekend as I started the program)
I need to work on getting Core snacks easily accessible, as I don't have any right now, hence the fig newtons...

3 AP earned already this morning (going to the gym early has its advantages!).
B: oatmeal made with almond milk, cinnamon, splenda, a couple pieces of dried fruit (points negligible)
S: apple, hardboiled egg
L: leftover "leftover soup" from last night - leek, kale, green bell pepper, chicken, black beans
S: carrots w/ light ranch (1), green peas
S: (if needed) banana
"S": glass of wine if we end up going out after work (3)
D: baked potato, potentially with stuff on top if I can round anything up, we are low on groceries.
4FP - 3AP = 1 FP used
=27 FP used this week

Thursday wasn't too bad. I had FIbre 1 cereal, banana and yogurt for breakfast, an apple for a snack, a sandwich with half the bread for lunch, then salad and meat for dinner. But, I did eat a decadent desert worth about 4 points!
Friday:
B: Fibre1 cereal, lf yogurt, banana.
L: not sure, at a conference where food will be provided...will have to have
D: ham, sweet potatoes and something green.
snacks: apples

It has been the day from you-know-where here at work, and I am exhausted. I am not sure what I will do for dinner, or if I will even make it to dinnertime without falling into bed face-first.
Here's what I've had so far.
-oatmeal.
-ff muffin (6?)
-2 hb eggs.
-banana
-grapes
-cottage cheese
-1/4c or so of black rice
-pasta salad (2 for dressing?)
-bean soup
-piece of bread with melted swiss (3)
I think I've used up the rest of my weekly 35 with this, but I am too tired to care much Tomorrow's my start-over day anyway.
