Wednesday and Thursday weren't too bad.
Here is Friday:
B: Fibre 1 cereal with lf milk and banana (2 pts)
L: some kind of vegetarian sandwich with no bread
D: lo extra lean ground beef with kidney beans, corn and tomatoes
Snacks: apples
I have walked the dog for 20 minutes and moderate pace, then went out alone for 20 minute fast walk. Next, another mile to subway and from subway to office (then again tonight the other way)
