Default nursing moms using core?

any nursing moms on core? I just started ww this month and have lost between 4-5 pounds each week and am still losing pretty quickly using all my points (41 per day + all my flex). I am wondering if core would make me lose quicker/be a safe thing for nursing moms.. just wondering if anyone had any feedback on that?

I don't think there are any nursing moms on the board. Losing 4-5 pds a week on flex is great --- I don't think you should be trying to lose more while nursing. I know when I was nursing I did lose well but not that good.

Both plans are well balanced, core is based more on whole foods and fresh ingedients as nothing prepackaged is allowed without using points.

I would suggest you check with your leader AND your Dr. Good luck.

Well, I"m nursing but my son is also almost 2 lol. I liked core because it seems that my appetite is so up and down when I'm nursing and with core I can eat based on hunger.
