Core Weekly Challenge: Sept. 8-14
I suggest that we pick at least one of the basics: water, exercise, or Core foods and stick to it for four days, striving for a personal best.
I'm going to do all three for four days. I'll drink enough fluids, do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, and eat no more than 3WPA's each day for four days. I'll make today one of the days.
Join in if you're so inclined. Remember "personal best" so it's a competition with yourself!
Rhonda

Water.....at least 8 eight ounce glasses a day; starting today for 4 days.
I hope this will begin a habit that I can continue.

I'm in! Water has been a problem for me lately, so it'll be at least three 16 oz. bottles in addition to the other liquids I drink throughout the day.

Count me in too,
My goal is starting today I will fill out my checks on my tracker for 4 days (I've been doing well for 3-4 then slip). Using no more than 4 WPA per day (I count non-core minus AP for WPA). I would like to say 5 days but Fri I'm supposed to go out of town and that would be setting myself up for failure.
That's:
5 fruit/veggies
6 waters (3 - 1/2 Liter bottles min)
2 healthy oils
1 daily vitamin
track AP and non-core points
-Tech
Note: I can't do milk/yogurt/dairy it upsets my digestive track so I leave that out.

My challenge for the 4 days are :
1)drink more water
2)watch my points for the next 4 days
3)exercise more.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Day 1- &
Day 2- &
Day 3- & &
Day 4- &
===============================================
2 DAYS I HAD ALL 3 AND 2 DAYS I DIDN'T,SO I'M THINKING MAYBE I HAVE TO UP MY EXERCISING.

I've done 2/3 of my challenge. Ate and drank right, but haven't done any aerobics.

Well I met my challenge for day 1. Got in my healthy steps, and only 4 WPA's. Didn't exercise though. I hate rain and TOM.

I'm in and for four days will
1. Use no more than 3 points per day
2. Drink at least 3 - 16 oz bottles of water
3. Make sure I have all my healthy 8's in.
Yesterday was my first day I met my challenge.
Today, should be my second day. We will see as the day is not over yet!

So ONE day done.
