I made my 10% goal last week! Today I am celebrating by trying bulgur for the first time. (I made tabouleh).

thanks everyone! I had another good weight in. Lost another couple of pounds. And this was during a period of time when I was tempted to eat some non-core meals...

but I feel like this way of eating has trained me to make better choices. And I honestly prefer to eat core foods now. So it's easy to get back on track!

The bulgur tabouleh was awesome. I had it every day for a week. Now I'm trying to move on and stop being so obsessed with bulgur. lol

Hi Noussa! I'm glad you are doing good!!! Enjoy some core foods today. :-)

Susan,
I don't get here very often, and haven't been in quite a while...but I wanted to congratulate you on your success.
I am a Core person as well, for over a year now , and lovin' it. Took a while for me to get it, but once I did I was hooked..losing over 50 lbs...2nd time around.
Some here know me, some don't, but I am an advacate of Core, that's for sure. Vickie and Sandra can tell you what a hard time I had :-)
But since last May I have never looked back.
I work for WW in the meeting rooms, and my members are astounded by my before picture!! I hate it, but it was what it was
Again, congrats!! and keep on going...........
