Here's my plan for the day!

Breakfast:
Shredded Wheat
Milk, nonfat
Banana, fresh

Lunch:
Light Progresso Soup w/Chicken Breast
Veggie Salad w/Salsa

Dinner:
Canadian Bacon
Eggs
Pan Fried Potato w/spray

Snacks:
Orange
Popcorn

d: baked potato w/chili & ff cheese, mixed veggies, milk
s: ff sf cocoa

D: xtra lean beef patty, soup

snacks: apple, almost core apple cake (2 small squares)
