Hard to believe it's nearly here!!

Starting weight: 141
Week one: 141
Week two: 138
Week three: 137
Week four: (also will edit on Thursday morning)

However ... I'm not hoping for anything good. This morning I was back to 138. If something doesn't happen quickly, I won't make the 135 by next Thursday. I didn't have much water yesterday so I've really been drinking it today.

My weight stayed the same but I think I've finally smartened up and figured out why.

My daily maintenance calories are 1536. If I wanted to weigh 138 for the rest of my life, I would eat 1536. But I want to lose a few, except I can't go below 1200 calories, and that's only a deficit of 336 calories a day. If it takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose a pound, it'll take me 10.4 days to lose ONE STINKING POUND!

As you can see, I'm less than thrilled with this revelation.

That's not bad actually Kathy? That's still 3 lbs per month - or 36 lbs per year! Nothing to laugh at! Hang in there - you are still doing great!

Patti - great results - good for you!

My results:
Starting weight: 212
Week one: 210
Week two: 210
Week three: 209
Week four: 208 (207.8 to be exact )

Well I don't think I can lose 3 lbs to make my 205 goal by next week - but I can still try and get down a bit more! I looked back at my stats since December 26 when I really started exercising more and watching my intake. On December 26 I weighed 218.2 - and by Feb 26 (2 months later) - I will have lost approx 10-11 lbs - that is not bad for 2 months!
