steel cut oats 1 tbsp maple syrup-cant shake this habit..ive tried to eat it without and just dosnt taste the same skim milk cinnamon water banana l- tuna 2 tbsp light mayo 8 rye krisp crackers cantaloupe banana kiwi water s- kashi crackers hummus s- pickeral(walleye) olive oil potatoes done in onion soup mix cantaloupe s- green tea |

l: apples, cheese, soup, almonds d: fish of some kind, veggies (going to Red Lobster) Snacks; fruit |
i need to post tomorrow's menu to help me get back on track. i'm not good at maintenance. (yet)
