Monday menu, Feb. 12, 2007

  • Packed up and ready! Only three more days til the Cruise To Lose weigh-in so I have to get cracking!!

    B) oatmeal with splenda, skim milk
    S) banana, one pc. Nature Valley honey/oats granola bar (1/2 package - 2 pts)
    L) tuna salad
    S)
    D) FF cottage cheese, pineapple
  • Great planning Kathy (dinner looks awfully skimpy tho!)

    Will edit as I go:

    Breakfast: 1 pkg plain oatmeal, w/splenda, decaf w/cream

    Lunch: probably chicken soup/2 matzo balls (need to avoid the LO pizza in the fridge!)

    Snack:??

    dinner: still have that salmon to cook - will see how I"m doing!
