Default Saturday menu, Feb. 10, 2007

This might be an odd eating day because it's too late for breakfast, too early for lunch ... so I'll just list meals and not try to assign a name to them.

Scrambled egg with a slice of FF cheese and salsa, FF/SF Swiss Miss cocoa

Baked chicken tenders*, baked sweet potatoes rounds, salad

Sometime during the day I'll have a cup of skim milk.

*dipped in FF ranch, rolled in breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. I'll count a few points for the breading but will only be eating one pc. of chicken.
